With our background before MemorySmith was formed, we have all the skills and knowledge needed to support your business but at a price that is afforable.

For both business and home customers we provide a comprehensive remote support service that checks the integrity and health of you PC systems and servers. We can proactively address and issues before it impacts on your business or home, and reduce the risk of losing your valuable data.

Our Online Store

After operating for several years by focusing solely on service, customers started to ask us if they could see what hardware we can provide via the website. This led to the creation of our online store. The online store has been running since 2022 and a great place to browse what we have on offer for parts. We can also supply other items upin request.

Accurate Pricing

Our online store is linked directly to our suppliers database. Our primary supplier has been our partner since day one and provides fast shipping to all our customers. As they are based close to our head office, we can collect items ordered within 20 minutes. This means we do not need to inflate prices for depreciation of stock, as all of our stock remains at our suppliers warehouse until we need it. This allows us to always have accurate and live pricing, based around supply chain costs rather than depreciating stock value.

Fast Turnaround & Honest Shipping Costs

We do not hide shipping costs in the item price. We just relay what it costs to have items shipped to you, based on what it costs us. We do not earn a bucket load of cash from selling products online but we are aiming to have enough product sales to cover the websites own costs. Our ethos for our support customers is that our service is personal and friendly. For our online customers we focus on getting items shipped ASAP and keeping prices as low as we can.
