Online Shop

We are please to announce our online shop has returned. We ran the online store for over a year with many technical issues due to how we have it set up. After making the hard decision to take it down, we decided to work on nit in the background so it could return more stable.

What is offers – our online store is linked directly to our suppliers database. It updates stock levels and items every three hours to keep all of the listings as accurate as humanly possible.

Why use it? – our primary product is service, be it remote support or on site visits. Many of our customers want small items they can get hold of fast but from a trusted source, so they come to us to help supply the parts. We work hard with our primary parts supplier to have accurate stock and fast shipping to our customers, with most orders being delivered the very next working day. All saving our customers a trip out to see us to grab what they need.

What is you don’t have what I want? – as we do with our in person customers, any product we cannot get hold of, we advise the customer the best place to go to source what they need from a reliable vendor. This mostly happens with Apple products (that we do not sell) & printers where the landscape is that saturated that it is impossible to make any profit at all unless you are a massive company with millions of pound in spending power.
