How many EXPO Cases can I connect together in 1 layout?
You can connect up to a total of 300 EXPO Cases. Stack up to 16 vertically, with no limits on how many you connect horizontally.
Keep the Power Supply Unit (PSU) limits in mind too.
– Standard 42W PSU (comes in the 4 & 8 Pack Smarter Kit) can power up to 8 EXPO Cases.
– 75W PSU (comes in the 12 Pack Smarter Kit) can power up to 14 EXPO Cases.
You should not mix a 42W and 75W PSU in the same layout.
How big is the EXPO Case? What can I fit inside?
External dimensions of the box: 38cm (W) x 29cm (D) x 22cm (H)
Internal dimensions of the box: 136cm (W) x 25cm (D) x 19cm (H)
How do I connect multiple EXPO Cases together?
There are convenient linker slots found on all four sides of an EXPO Case. Use these to build your layout vertically or horizontally. Be careful not to break your linkers! If you need more, you can purchase additional EXPO linkers here.
What Power Supply Units do I need to power my layout?
The 4 & 8 Pack Smarter Kits come with a standard 42W Power Supply Unit (PSU). The 42W PSU can power up to 8 EXPO Cases.
You should never mix a 42W and 75W PSU in the same layout.
